Battlefield Earth 2000,IMDB Rating: 2.5, IMDB Votes: 83575, ID: 0185183 Photo by bp.blogspot.com, is licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0 ‘Battlefield Earth’ is a sci-fi disaster movie that fails on almost every front. Powerful aliens have become the rightful rulers of Earth, and the original Earthlings are on the verge of extinction. The film’s incoherent plot, wooden acting and laughable special effects make it the quintessential example of a bad movie. Still, the film’s offbeat humor and exaggerated performances have earned it a cult following. 2. Catwoman 2004,IMDB Rating: 3.4, IMDB Votes: 126644, ID: 0327554 Photo by wikifur.com, is licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0 ‘Catwoman’ is a superhero movie that falls short in almost every way. It tells the story of white-collar clerk Pershinges, who is brought back to life by a magical Egyptian cat after an accidental murder, and is resurrected to take on the guise of Catwoman and launch a campaign of revenge. 3. The Last Airbender 2010,IMDB Rating: 4.0, IMDB Votes: 175855, ID: 0938283 Photo by bp.blogspot.com, is licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0 M. Night Shyamalan’s ‘The Last Airbender’ is a visual and narrative disaster. It tells the story of the world being ruled by four divine powers: air, fire, water and earth, and the Avatar is the only person in the world who possesses all four of them at the same time, and thus has the power to save the world. While the movie has the potential for stunning visual effects, the execution is lackluster and fails to capture the magic of its source material. 4. Movie 43 2013,IMDB Rating: 4.4, IMDB Votes: 113290, ID: 1333125 Photo by blogspot.com, is licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0 ‘Movie 43’ is an anthology of tasteless, offensive, and unfunny sketches that somehow managed to attract a star-studded cast. The film’s crude humor and lack of coherent storytelling make it an unbearable experience. The movie fails to deliver any real laughs in spite of all the talent and is a prime example of wasted potential. 5. Jack and Jill 2011,IMDB Rating: 3.3, IMDB Votes: 91091, ID: 0810913 Photo by persinsala.it, is licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0 Adam Sandler’s ‘Jack and Jill’ is a cringe-worthy comedy that misses the mark on every level. Sandler’s dual role as both Jack and his obnoxious twin sister Jill is grating and unfunny. Even Al Pacino’s bizarre cameo can’t save this film from being a complete disaster. The movie’s lack of humor and poor execution make it deserving of its 1/10 rating. 6. Dragonball Evolution 2009,IMDB Rating: 2.5, IMDB Votes: 79841, ID: 1098327 Photo by blogspot.com, is licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0 Dragonball Evolution is a cinematic disaster that fails to capture the magic of its source material. Jaws: The Revenge 1987,IMDB Rating: 3.0, IMDB Votes: 50207, ID: 0093300 Photo by wikimedia.org, is licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0 ‘Jaws: The Revenge’ is a regrettable chapter in the once proud franchise. The plot is illogical, the special effects are inferior, and there is no tension whatsoever. It tells the story of Alan and the mysterious seafaring adventurer who team up together to take on Jaws. The movie’s attempt to have the shark seek revenge is laughable at best. It is a far cry from the terror and suspense of the original Jaws. 8. Highlander II: The Quickening 1991,IMDB Rating: 4.2, IMDB Votes: 48359, ID: 0102034 Photo by histmag.org, is licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0 ‘Highlander II: The Quickening’ is a hilariously incomprehensible mess. The plot jumps incoherently through time and space, and the film’s attempt to expand the original story falls flat. It tells the story of McCloud who must prevent the destruction of the planet under an anti-ozone barrier. 9. Batman: The Motion Picture Anthology 1989-1997 – Beyond Batman: Freeze Frame – The Visual FX of ‘Batman & Robin’ 2005,IMDB Rating: 6.7, IMDB Votes: 38, ID: 1018684 Photo by blogspot.com, is licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0 ‘Batman & Robin’ is a visual spectacle, but its over-the-top special effects and campy tone make it a far cry from the darker, more serious Batman films. The film’s attempt to balance comedy and action falls flat, resulting in a movie that’s more cringe-worthy than entertaining. It’s a disappointing entry in the Batman franchise. 10. Plan 9 from Outer Space (1959) 2021,IMDB Rating: 0.0, IMDB Votes: 0, ID: 14616762 Photo by publicdomainmovies.info, is licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0 Ed Wood’s ‘Plan 9 from Outer Space’ is a legendary example of so-bad-it’s-good cinema. The film’s uneven tone, awkward humor, and strange premise make it a difficult watch, but its sheer absurdity can be oddly captivating. While it may not be a good movie by any traditional standards, its unique weirdness and campy charm have made it a cult favorite for some. 12. The Happening 2008,IMDB Rating: 5.0, IMDB Votes: 217924, ID: 0949731 Photo by bp.blogspot.com, is licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0 M. Set in the vibrant world of Word City, the film is colorfully animated and has some humorous moments, but the blatant product placement and superficial plot are major disappointments. Many people who endured the movie from start to finish gave it a dismal 1/10. Discover more from Auto Travel World Subscribe to get the latest posts sent to your email. Type your email… Subscribe
